How do I know a part will fit my BMW?
Use the vehicle picker on the homepage or browse by chassis. Every product page lists the BMW chassis codes it fits and cross-reference OEM numbers. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your VIN — we'll confirm before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Selcom, CRDB mobile, Visa and Mastercard via Pesapal — all through our checkout. You can also pay by bank transfer to CRDB or settle manually via WhatsApp.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No — listed prices are net of 18% VAT. VAT is added as a separate line at checkout, and we issue a VAT-compliant receipt for businesses that need one.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock parts dispatch same-day from our Dar warehouse for orders placed before 12pm. Import-to-order parts arrive in 7 days via DHL/FedEx Express, or 14–21 days on standard freight — you pick the speed when we quote you.
What does delivery cost?
Local last-mile (from our Dar warehouse): free pickup, TZS 10,000 for Bolt-rate delivery in Dar, TZS 30,000 upcountry via bus parcel. International freight (for imports): quoted case-by-case based on part weight, dimensions and origin — typical brake-pad-sized parts run TZS 30k–80k DHL Express from Germany; engine blocks and transmissions much more. Is the price I see the final price?
For in-stock parts (green dot on the product), yes — the listed price is the landed cost. You only add 18% VAT and local delivery at checkout. For import-to-order parts, the listed price is the supplier cost only — we quote you the all-in landed price (including freight, customs, VAT and delivery) before you commit. Can I return a part if it doesn't fit?
All sales are final.That's why we strongly recommend confirming fitment via WhatsApp with your chassis code or VIN before you pay — we'll match against the manufacturer's catalogue.
Do you carry parts for M-Performance or M-Sport models?
Yes — we stock M-specific brakes, suspension, intakes and exhausts where the chassis differs from the standard equivalent. Filter by “M Performance” on the shop page or send us your model and we'll source the M part.
What if the part I need isn't in your catalogue?
Send us the OEM number or a photo via our quote form or WhatsApp. We can source virtually any BMW part — Genuine BMW, OEM (Bosch / ZF / Continental etc.) or quality aftermarket.
Do you guarantee Genuine BMW parts?
Yes. Every product is labelled with its tier — Genuine BMW (sealed BMW box), OEM (made by the same supplier as Genuine but sold in their own packaging), OE Replacement, or Aftermarket. We don't mix tiers; what you order is what you get.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes — VAT-compliant receipts are issued automatically on every paid order. If you need a proforma invoice before paying, message us with your TIN and we'll send it.
