Terms of Service
Plain-language terms covering what you can expect from Sakura Spares and what we expect from you. Last updated 27 May 2026.
1. Who we are
Sakura Spares is operated by Saccura Group (T) Limited, a company registered in Tanzania (TIN 188-098-347), with its principal address in Dar es Salaam. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Saccura Group (T) Limited.
2. Orders & pricing
- Prices on the site are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are net of 18% VAT. VAT and shipping are added at checkout.
- Stock availability and prices can change without notice. The price applied to your order is the one shown at checkout when you confirm payment.
- An order is accepted by us only once payment is received and we've confirmed fitment with you. Until then we may decline or cancel any order.
3. Fitment confirmation
We'll confirm by WhatsApp that the part you've selected fits your specific BMW chassis or VIN before you pay. You're responsible for giving us the correct chassis code or VIN. If we confirm fitment based on incorrect information you provided, the sale is still final.
4. Payment
We accept M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Selcom, CRDB mobile, Visa and Mastercard via Pesapal, and direct bank transfer. Payment must clear before we dispatch or import your order. Pesapal's own terms apply to card and mobile-money transactions — see Pesapal terms.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us, or on pickup from our warehouse. Title passes to you once payment has cleared in full.
6. Returns & refunds
All sales are final. Our Shipping & Returns page sets out the limited exceptions (wrong part shipped by us, transit damage, manufacturer warranty claims).
7. Warranties
Genuine BMW and OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–2 years depending on the part). OE Replacement and Aftermarket parts carry the supplier's warranty, which we'll communicate at point of sale. We do not provide our own warranty separate to the manufacturer's.
8. Fit-for-purpose disclaimer
We supply parts; we don't fit them. Any installation, modification or repair work is your responsibility (or your mechanic's). We're not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use of a part outside its intended application.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits, vehicle downtime, or third-party labour costs.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Dar es Salaam.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL, with the last-updated date at the top.
